This evening, the PS for SDFA&BE Dr Francis Owino, has hosted the Chief Administrative Secretary Office of the Attorney General and Department of Justice – Prof. Micheni Japhet Ntiba, to a dinner at Fairview Hotel, for the Consultative session for the Sustainable Blue Economy Conference 2018 ‘Science and Research Symposium’ publication. The publication; Science, Research and Innovation for Harnessing the Blue Economy. The publication had earlier been officially launched at UN Headquarters, New York.

Also present were representatives of PS – State Department of University Education & Research, PS – Ministry of Foreign Affairs and members of the editorial team.
