CS Dr. Andrew Karanja, today led the groundbreaking ceremony at Karimamwaro Primary School, Murang’a County. The 35 Million project funded by the Mpesa Foundation, will renovate classrooms and construct laboratories to enhance the learning environment.
In support of the 15Bn National Tree Growing Restoration Campaign, the CS handed over 11,000 tree seedlings—5,000 macadamia, 5,000 Hass avocado, and 1,000 coffee trees—promoting environmental restoration and sustainable farming.
The event was graced by leaders, including Principal Secretaries Mr. Belio Kipsang and Mr. Ephantus Kimotho, Mr. Anthony Mwaura (KRA), Mr. Joseph Ogutu (Safaricom Foundation), and Hon. Betty Maina, highlighting the power of partnerships in fostering development.
