Today, the Principal Secretary for the State Department for Agriculture, Dr. Kipronoh Ronoh Paul, CBS, together with the Chairperson of the Public Service Commission, Amb. A. M. Muchiri, CBS, presided over the official launch of the Rapid Results Initiative (RRI) at the KEPHIS Headquarters in Nairobi.
This strategic undertaking focuses on the comprehensive review and modernization of Human Resource instruments for State Corporations under the Ministry of Agriculture. The initiative seeks to ensure all Semi-Autonomous Government Agencies (SAGAs) within the Ministry are equipped with current, approved HR frameworks that align seamlessly with ongoing public sector reforms.
By reinforcing institutional structures and streamlining workforce management, the RRI is poised to drive significant improvements in organizational efficiency, service delivery, and overall sectoral performance. PS Dr. Ronoh underscored the importance of this intervention as a timely and transformative step toward achieving better outcomes across the agricultural landscape.
The high-level forum convened CEOs, Managing Directors, and Heads of Human Resource Development from various parastatals—fostering collaboration and a unified commitment to public service excellence and innovation.
